10 Plum Tomatoes

1 small or 1/2 of a large one Red Onion

Chop the tomatoes in quarters. Dice the cilantro and onion, and crush the garlic, but don't worry about the size because it's all going into the food processor. Do the same with the pepper. Depending on how hot you like your salsa, keep or remove the seeds before adding to the food processor! Squeeze the juice of the limes and add everything and all the seasonings (but the sugar) to the food processor and pulse until you have your desired consistency. |
