Make the Syrup BaseCombine the sugar and water in a pan on medium heat. Stir until dissolved. Let cool to room temperature (about an hour, or overnight if desired). |

Juice the lime and add to blender. Chop the mint (optional). Peel and dice the mangoes and add everything including the syrup to the blender and blend well. Add to your ice cream / sorbet maker and follow the directions. Freeze and enjoy! |
