6, ripe Mangoes
1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
11/2 cups Water
1 Lime
5-10 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves To your liking

Creamy Mango Mint Sorbet Sorbetto

I just love mangoes, and the combination of mangoes, lime and mint - a heavenly, and healthy dessert!

Ice cream / sorbet maker and a blender or food processor

Make the Syrup Base

Combine the sugar and water in a pan on medium heat. Stir until dissolved. Let cool to room temperature (about an hour, or overnight if desired).

Juice the lime and add to blender. Chop the mint (optional). Peel and dice the mangoes and add everything including the syrup to the blender and blend well. Add to your ice cream / sorbet maker and follow the directions. Freeze and enjoy!
