Season the chicken with salt and saute in oil. Remove and set aside. |

Saute the onions, jalapenos, garlic, and peppers. |

Add the remaining ingredients, season with salt, and simmer for 5-10 min. |

Add the chicken and coat in the sauce for 3-5 min. then serve with rice if desired, and garnish with spring onions and/or cilantro. |

Alternative to make the Homemade Garlic Chili Sauce separatelyMake the garlic chili sauce separately. Mince an entire garlic head, dice 3-8 jalapenos - if you can find red jalapenos, these are the best, add 1 tsp of salt, 1 -2 tsp of sugar and 1/2 cup vinegar and simmer on the stove top for 5-10 minutes. |
